Through personal experience and applying wholistic therapy to others her confidence in nutritionalmedicine has fortified. Astrology may be helpful as an adjunct to know why or how to recommend the most suitable therapeutic programme. Through the healthyliving website she hopes to enhance comprehension of healthy living. Anastacia is always keen to share her advice and has written a weekly health column for several regional newspapers, in the Eastern Cape Province.
